We are currently looking for a Guest Relation´s to join our team.

 

This role will be responsible for:

  • Welcoming our customers;
  • Manage appointments in our reservations system and organize cloakroom;
  • Manage Jncquoi At Home requests and sales whenever necessary;
  • Continuously build and improve our CRM database with all our customers information and individual preferences respecting RGDP compliance;
  • Provide all information about Jncquoi concept, service and locations;
  • Ensure compliance with all health and quality standards;

 

About you

We are looking for a highly motivated candidate with:

  • Previous experience in similar roles;
  • Reservation and CRM Systems knowledge (Cover Manager & Salesforce);
  • Excellent communication skills and empathy;
  • High level of personal organization and attention to detail;
  • Fluent in English (other languages will be a plus).
  • Availability to work weekends and night schedule.
